ดำเนินการคัดลอกแฟ้มจากโฟลเดอร์ C:/Windows/Crystal/ ซึ่งในแต่ละ User's folder ปกติอยู่ที่ C:/Documents and Settings/ หรือ C:/Users เช่น User ชื่อ pradit ดังนั้น User's folder คือ C:/Documents and Settings/pradit
หรือ C:/Users/pradit/windows/crystal จากนั้นในโฟลเดอร์ Crystal มาวางไว้ที่ C:/Users/pradit/windows
หากยังไม่สามารถ Export ไฟล์ได้ให้คัดลอกแฟ้มจากโฟลเดอร์ C:/Windows/System32/CruflBplus.dll ไปยัง User's folder ของทุกผู้ใช้งานและแฟ้ม CruflBplus.dll มาวางไว้ที่ C:/Users/pradit/windows/system/cruflbplus.dll
