ภาพรวมธุรกิจ

• บริษัท อี-บิซิเนส พลัส จำกัด เป็นบริษัทคนไทยที่เริ่มก่อตั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2543
• ทีมงานประกอบด้วยนักวิศวกรคอมพิวเตอร์และนักบัญชี ที่มีประสบการณ์เชี่ยวชาญ และ ชำนาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี พร้อมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและวางระบบงานธุรกิจ
• เป็นบริษัทในเครือของ บริษัท บิซิเนส แอนด์ เทคโนโลยี่ จำกัด ซึ่งก่อตั้งในปี 2529 และเป็นบริษัทรุ่นแรกของประเทศไทย ที่บุกเบิกพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีบริหารสำเร็จรูป ภายใต้ชื่อ “BUSINESS PLUS” ให้เป็นมาตรฐานเหมาะสมกับธุรกิจทั่วไปในประเทศ และได้มีส่วนช่วยเปลี่ยนแนวความคิดของผู้ใช้งานในประเทศ ให้หันมาใช้ซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จรูปมากขึ้นจนถึงปัจจุบัน
• บริษัท อี-บิซิเนส พลัส จำกัด ได้พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์อย่างต่อเนื่องโดยอาศัยทักษะและความชำนาญจากรุ่นปฏิบัติการดอส และศึกษาความต้องการของลูกค้าจากการใช้งานจริงมาสู่รุ่นวินโดว์อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ และต่อเนื่องจนมาถึงรุ่นเว็บ และรุ่นโมบายในปัจจุบัน โดยนโยบายหลัก เน้นคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์และบริการเป็นหลัก ให้ลูกค้าใช้ประโยชน์ได้สูงสุดและคุ้มค่าการลงทุน พัฒนาจนมีชื่อเสียงในท้องตลาดเป็นที่รู้จักกันทั่วประเทศ
• ซอฟต์แวร์ “BUSINESS PLUS” ออกแบบมาสำหรับบริหารงานธุรกิจภายในประเทศ ตั้งแต่ ขนาดเล็ก, ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ สำหรับธุรกิจทั่วไปและธุรกิจเฉพาะทาง
• จดทะเบียนซอฟต์แวร์เฮ้าส์กับกรมสรรพากร เลขที่ 00014 และ 00474
• ปัจจุบัน BUSINESS PLUS เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ของคนไทยที่มีระบบครบวงจรมากที่สุด และมีระบบเสริมเฉพาะงานมากมายรองรับธุรกิจหลากหลายนอกจากนั้นบริษัท อี-บิซิเนส พลัส จำกัด ยังมุ่งเน้นพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี่อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อผลิตซอฟตฺ์แวร์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง (High Value) ให้กับความต้องการที่หลากหลาย ในราคาคนไทย แต่ใช้งานได้คุณภาพเทียบเท่าซอฟต์แวร์ต่างประเทศ

• ให้การวิเคราะห์, ปรึกษาแนะนำ, ช่วยจัดวางระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์โซลูชั่น
• ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ ฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้ลูกค้า ทั้งในและนอกสถานที่
• บริการตอบปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาทางโทรศัพท์, Line, Facebook, E-mail, Remote Service, บริการทั้งใน-นอกสถานที่ และทั้งใน-นอกเวลาทำการ
• บริการรับทำสัญญาบำรุงรักษาเมื่อโปรแกรมหมดระยะเวลารับประกัน
